Alice comes to the scene of a particularly enraged Blue -Light. a little girl who misses her Daddy and has a man she says is her father and his family locked in her electrical grip. Who is this former girl? Why does her 'father' have no knowledge of who she is? Why is she so much more powerful than any Blue-light seen before and why is she somewhere she can't possibly be.</p>
